Mosser Glass Has Perfected Its Glassware-Making Process Over The Last 30 Years In Their Family-Owned And Operated Facility In Cambridge, Ohio. Using Cast-Iron Molds, The Raw Materials Such As Soda Ash And Silica Sand Are Poured In Liquid Form And Hand-Pressed To Engrave The Glass With The Design. Once Hardened, The Glass Is Polished By A Glazer Which Fires The Glass And Melts The Outermost Layer, Leaving A Smoother And Shinier Finish. Following The Glaze, Glasses Go Through A Three And A Half Hour Annealing Process That Allows Them To Slowly Cool, Preventing Shattering Or Breaking.
